Conditions for return / Return conditions
IT: The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be:
- Not worn
- Unwashed
- With all original labels
- Nella confezione originale (polybag inclusa)
We encourage you to reuse the original packaging for environmental reasons.

Return shipping charges / Return shipping costs
IT: Return is free of charge. Shipping costs are the responsibility of Slope Soul. We will email you a prepaid label.
EN: Returns are free of charge. Return shipping costs are covered by Slope Soul. A prepaid label will be sent via email.
Return address / Return address
IT: You will receive the shipping address once you start the return process.

Refund / Refund
IT: Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund on the original payment method. The entire process can take up to 14 days.
