IT: Measure the width at the widest point below the waist, with the garment spread.
EN: Measure the widest part below the waistband with the pants laid flat.

3) Inside leg / Inseam

IT: Measure the length of the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4) Height / Height
